We used to sing that song too, only here they called it "Our God Reigns." It went: "How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him / who brings good news / good news.... / announcing peace, proclaiming words of happiness / Our God Reigns / Our God Reigns!! Then it went into a Chorus that repeated "Our God Reigns" over and over. Is that the song you were talking about? I haven't heard it in about twenty years.

You are right, Andy. That I believe is the way it was written. My meomory probably took me back to when some of the worship leaders would have us personalize some of the songs we sang... like changing from saying Our to My, or like We to I, and Us to Me. We sang the songs both ways most of the time, but tend to forget which way they were written. Thanks for the imput Andy!

Our worship leaders did the same thing (alternating "me" and "us" & so forth.) This was at an Assembly of God, when I first became a Christian. Actually, I have no idea how the song was originally written.
