SMOKE JOB!

Proverbs 29:26-27 �Many seek the ruler's favour; but every man's judgment cometh from the LORD.�
How often we hear of someone who is blowing smoke in the face of the authorities or the public media! They may be wise in their own conceits while doing it and while reaping their first rewards. However, the final reward will surly override all attention and rewards gain in the beginning. You see, the Lord makes his judgment in the end and the result of the judgment last �FOR-EVER� which is a mighty long time. Here again we are talking about pride as a downfall. The more I study and analyze the cause for downfalls the more I see pride as one of the basic roots of the same.
The proud person who is doing the snow job on significant persons is also at odds with the people who are justified by the Blood of the Lamb. This sometimes caused dissension in the group of family.
�An unjust man is an abomination to the just: and he that is upright in the way is abomination to the wicked.�
Ok so how do we treat situations that affect us in our normal daily tasks� well we could turn our other cheek. Hmm, reminds me of a story or the guy who turned his other cheek and was hit on that one also. He got up from the ground and pounded the attacker unmercifully. When questioned later how come he did that since he had really turned the other cheek the first time, he answered that the Bible tells us to turn the other cheek but didn�t give any further instructions so his self instincts kicked in.
