Andy� My prayers go up for you as well! You can relax in knowing that if you had committed the unpardonable sin that you would not even care, think, or be talking about your concerns. Sometimes the hardest thing for a person to understand is that the gift of Salvation in Jesus Christ is free to you and all who will freely come to him. There is nothing you can do to prepare to except this gift. Once you have received that gift� �The act of believing in and accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior,� there is nothing you can do to earn keeping the gift. Receiving the Gift of Salvation is Believing that Jesus Is the Only Begotten Son of God, Born on earth to a virgin mother, that he died on the Cross, shedding his blood as a sacrifice for the sins of all who will believe and receive him, and that Jesus was resurrected on the third day, and has gone to prepare a place for those who believe in him. No man is worthy of this gift. It is just a gift of Love from Above. The best advice anyone can give you is for you to seek His (Jesus) face. Get to know Him better than any person you know on this earth. You achieve this by talking to Him and listening to him, and reading his words. Reading about Him sometimes distracts from getting to know Him� Because often the writers about Him do not have the personal relationship they claim or think they do. But His (Jesus) word is truth and shows His personality.
